The Pennsylvania Department of Transportation (PennDOT) Engineering District 4-0 is posting a Section 106 process update on the Skinners Falls Bridge Emergency Removal project. The PennDOT District 4-0 CRP is currently working with both the Pennsylvania State Historic Preservation Office (PA SHPO) and the New York State Historic Preservation Office (NY SHPO) on a plan to carefully disassemble and store the structure following the Secretary of the Interior’s Standards (SOI Standards).
