Determination of Effects: Historic Bridge Rehabilitation Analysis

Submission Description:

PennDOT, on behalf of the Federal Highway Administration (FHWA), has completed an updated Historic Bridge Rehabilitation Analysis (HBRA) report for the Big Spring Creek Bridge project. The report along with a supplemental memo are available on the PATH website. PennDOT will be hosting a consulting party meeting to discuss the results of the updated HBRA report. All consulting parties are invited to attend the in-person meeting on Thursday, November 19, 2026, at 6:00 p.m. (EST). The meeting will be held at the Newville Borough Meeting Room located at 103 S High St, Newville, PA 17241. A meeting invitation letter and tentative agenda are also available on PATH. PennDOT looks forward to an engaging meeting. To the SHPO: We respectfully request your attendance at this meeting and do not require concurrence on this posting.
